I led the full redesign: managing cross-functional teams, directing a photo and video shoot, rewriting content across 100+ pages, and restructuring the site to reflect the school's values and improve usability. The result: a modern digital hub that reduced user frustration and positioned the school as a forward-thinking institution.

I developed a content strategy that repositioned them as tastemakers, introducing artist education content, recurring formats, and backend systems for consistent output. Now their feed reflects the caliber of their programming. Achromatic books incredible artists. A-Trak, Jacques Greene, Conducta, Zack Fox, the list goes on. But their Instagram didn't show it. Solid engagement on flyers, nothing in between. I built a content strategy that positions them as tastemakers, not just promoters. This strategy included artist & music education, recurring formats, backend systems to keep it all consistent. Now their feed actually matches the quality of their lineups.
